The Opportunity

We're seeking a recent graduate to work directly with our CEO as a Founder's Associate. This role is crucial for managing our expanding operations and will provide unparalleled exposure to all aspects of a high-growth startup. What you’ll do

• Assist the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Participate in key meetings, including sales calls and investor updates
• Help manage and improve internal processes as we scale
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with various teams, from product to marketing
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive decision-making
• Engage in project management across different departments

Who we’re looking for

• A recent college graduate (within the last 1-2 years)
• Strong academic background, preferably in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and presentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
