Already deployed at multiple Fortune 500 companies our team has created the next enterprise software disruptor and we are looking for an exceptional Process Improvement Lead to join us on this journey as part of our founding engineering team.
The Role
8Flow is looking for a Process Improvement Lead to join the go-to-market team and drive data-driven value for our customers. You will help build on our existing momentum and use the 8Flow product to bring incredible insights and process changes across our customers. Our ideal hire will have a strong desire to work at a startup and shape the vision of the company together with us. You will work closely with the founding team and GTM leadership on growing the business working directly with customers.
What You Will Do
- Work with customers to understand specific business problems and objectives
- Roll up your sleeves and dive deep into data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Build and mature craft and capabilities of process improvement across customers tailored for their specific business objectives
- Empower customers with the data and reporting to make data-driven decisions
- Manage a portfolio of high impact projects to deliver value for new and existing customers
- Partner closely with leadership, engineering, and product to implement plans and measure success
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably applied to large scale transformation / technology implementations, customer experience and/or operations
- Strong experience in data analytics frameworks and tools such as SQL, Spreadsheets, and database.
- Proven track record and passion for implementing process improvement programs, making processes that improve customer experiences, and delivering high impact and quality outcomes
- Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Service Design experience experience and/or other similar certifications
- Strong creative problem solving skills. You thrive in an environment where process improvement is needed - yet can flex solutions to meet the needs of the team
- Ability to take competing interests, priorities and complexities and drive to clarity, recommendations and alignment
- A systems thinker with a bias for action, able to efficiently break down complex problems
