Already deployed at multiple Fortune 500 companies our team has created the next enterprise software disruptor and we are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Engineering to join us on this journey as part of our senior leadership team.
The Role
As our Vice President of Engineering, you will own all engineering to build on our existing momentum and make our product more valuable and scalable.
Reporting directly to our Co-Founder & CEO and working closely with our founding team to shape the technical vision and direction of the company you will be part of the senior leadership at 8Flow.ai. Your Key Responsibilities
- Own all engineering to manage end-to-end development & scaled architecture
- Drive execution and delivery of high-quality code in scalable software at speed
- Build and scale our engineering processes to meet evolving business needs while ensuring security & stability are uncompromised tenets of the platform
- Lead troubleshooting processes during critical situations & deployments
- Interface with strategic customers & prospects as the most senior technical authority reporting to the CEO
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, including recruitment, performance management, and delivering high-quality software
- Deep technical expertise and ability to dive into code-level details of ongoing engineering initiatives
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, or highly technical consumer-facing environments
- A strong technical background with at least five years of direct software development experience
- Expertise in multiple software development methodologies and best practices
